Terms and Conditions

Advanced Mobile Applications LTD (referred as "AMA" or "Provider") provides comic sending services for the AMA Comic Creator application (referred as comic "send 2 friend"), by using SMS/MMS services web and e-mail services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these terms and conditions prior to using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service. Please note that to process your requests for this Service, you may be charged a fee to send and receive messages based on the terms of your wireless service. Check your mobile operator if you have questions about your service plan. Standard message and data rates apply.

Service usage and limitations

By using the comic send 2 friend service the user (further referred to as Sender) can send comics that he/she has composed using the Comic Creator application to other devices (referred further as "Recipient") in the form of an SMS wap-push, MMS (implementation may depend on mobile operator technical capabilities) or to their email address.

The Service is supplied "as is" and the Provider accepts no liability nor does it issue any guarantees in the event that personal configurations, information or messages are not saved, or not saved in due time, or if they are deleted or incorrectly delivered. In order to make use of the Service, the Sender is required to have access to certain services from their mobile operator such as Internet and/or a means of mobile communication.

The Service consists of two different processes: The sending of comics and the receiving of comics.

In both cases, in order to use the Service, the Sender and/or Recipient is required to have access to specific services provided by your mobile operator, such as SMS/MMS, Internet connectivity and/or email.

Privacy

AMA respects the Sender and/or Recipient's privacy. We will only use information provided to the Service to transmit comic messages and to improve security by validating data or as otherwise described in this document. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When the Sender completes forms online, inside the Comic Creator application or otherwise provides us information in connection with the Service, the Sender agrees to provide accurate and complete information. The Sender agrees not to use a false or misleading phone number or email address.

Service Abuse

AMA cares about all customers and we do not want them to be subject to unwanted content. In the event that the Sender directs unwanted content to the Recipients and we receive complaints we reserve the right to investigate the Sender's behavior and block their service partially or entirely in order to protect the privacy of our customers.

Inappropriate Content

AMA does not moderate the messages, and therefore does not assume any responsibility with regards to the content sent between users. By continuing to use the Service the Sender agrees to not abuse the Service, to not send inappropriate content to Recipients and to not send unwanted content to Recipients or third parties.

Opt-Out

You can cancel your receipt of comics by texting the word "Stop" to the 26293 (AMAZE) short-code or you can request this to our customer support service (email to ).
